Combatting Mental Health Advocacy Burnout

Wednesdays | August 10th - 24th | 12pm-1pm

Tired of advocating for your mental health? You’re not alone. In this 3-part series, we will look at the stages of advocacy burnout, how it applies to our mental health and explore different ways to reset before hitting burnout. This course will encourage conversations around how we approach mental health self-disclosures and alternative forms of advocacy. Through interactive exercises, participants will also have a chance to build confidence advocating within a safe space. You will walk away with the tools to better understand advocacy boundaries and limits, so you can advocate without sacrificing your mental health.
